Over half of small firms say it costs nothing to employ a disabled person, a Disability Rights Commission survey has found.

The survey, Impact on Small Business of Lowering the DDA Part II Threshold, shows how cheap adjustments will be for small firms when they come under the Disability Discrimination Act in 2004.
