Top gongs for Guide Dogs

A leading UK disability charity has pulled off a unique double win at the annual Charity Awards.

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association was the only charity to win two awards at the event, which took place last Thursday.

They took home gongs in the Volunteer of the Year and Charity Internet Site of the Year categories.

The judges praised the accessibility of the charity?s website ? which has already won an award this year.

Robin Hutchinson, Head of Communications at Guide Dogs? said: ?We are delighted that the website has been recognised in this way.

?This is the second award the site has won and we are thrilled that the charity sector has highlighted it in this way.?
