The Restricted Growth Association (RGA) is venturing into pastures new with the production of is first charity calendar.
The 2008 calendar shows pictures of members enjoying themselves at the Associations annual convention. "We hope that this calendar will raise awareness of our organisation and of restricted growth conditions in general" says Lisa Osmond, Vice Chair of the Restricted Growth Association. "We have worked over the past months to ensure that the message the calendar portrays is a positive and upbeat one. Although restricted growth is a disability this should not be a barrier to a happy and fulfilled life." "The official launch of the calendar will take place at the Associations annual convention, this year being held in Cheshire at the end of October" explains Ruth Morgan, Association Manager The Restricted Growth Association is a charity that supports people with restricted growth conditions better known as dwarfism. It provides medical and benefits advice, welfare and counselling services for its members along with organising social events that give members a chance to meet others with similar genetic conditions. It relies wholly on donations, small grants and personal fundraising. The Restricted Growth Association P.O.
