Walk for Sense!
Sense, the UK's leading charity for people who are both deaf and blind is proud to present the Vision 5k UK, a unique 5k challenge with a twist. This is the first event of its kind in the UK for runners and walkers of all abilities, and Sense is actively encouraging people with disabilities to take part. Sense is also encouraging participants to complete the course blindfolded, with a guide in order to experience some of the challenges faced by deafblind people. The Vision 5k UK challenge will take place on Sunday 30th September 2007 at the Burghley Estate Home in Stamford near Peterborough.
