We're always investing in strong flood defences. Yet we can bolster these even further by rigorously enforcing and modernising our risk reduction regulations. Join our friendly team, and you'll support and improve regulatory systems vital to protect people and their property from flooding. Identifying and developing work plans in accordance with health and safety legislation, you'll enjoy different challenges every day. Ideally, you'll have PACE or security experience. And to assess whether organisations and individuals comply with our latest regulations and instigate appropriate enforcement actions, you must be a strong communicator with sensitive influencing skills.
