About the role: Providing specialist expertise, you'll be a force for positive change, comfortable operating at every level and forging strong relationships with key external partners, agencies, other inspectorates and Government departments. You'll shape our strategy, oversee progress of the diversity action plan and champion comprehensive delivery on all strands of our vision. About you: With a successful track record of senior management, you'll be confident, an excellent communicator, with an in-depth knowledge of diversity legislation and its application. Creative, analytical and empathetic in your thinking, your experience of delivering change across a demanding portfolio will enable you to pick up on an established record of success and run with it.
