Wondered if any one can help me !

My partner has put a claim in for dla and we had a few letters from dla one stateing that they haven't made a decision and waiting on a report from her specialist and then 2 days ago we had another letter saying that we still haven't made a decision yet waiting on a report from the gp now..
So today my partner had a telephone call from our gp asking if she could come up and fill out a dvla forum with her now my question is why are they wanting a dvla forum filled out ????

Wrong Forum, would be better in the one related to benefits. You sure it is DVLA & not DLA?

Wel that's what I thought but I doubled checked and she did say dvla

Could have been a mistake by the person who rang her or she may have a condition that is reportable to DVLA that the doctors are obliged to declare.

I suppose the only way to know is when she goes & sees. Let us know, if she finds out why that is.
