This film was put online by the University of Birmingham and shows you how a customer may or may not present their difficuolties effectively.

Even the bungled one had an assessor that went into more detail than any assessor I have come across before...

As far as I can remember (as my memory of a few years ago is really hazy) I have been at least 4 times, possibly 5...

Every single time, I had to appeal.

What happens when you appeal do you have to go in front of a pannel

Yes, it used to be three people on the panel, last one had 2 people on the panel, a 'legal' person and a medical person.

I guess even though it isnt a perfect film it gives people an idea of the things that can make the difference

Indeed it does.

I was not trying to put the film down ;)

The assessors in my opinion are out to use everything against you when they can (or should that be the software is out to use everything against you, more realistically both, as the assessor puts their professional reputation on the line when they agree the computer generated report is accurate).

I agree. I would also like to see if anyone has got a proper training film made by/for ATOS depicting fictitious or actual assessment interviews, presumably this could be obtained somehow through legitimate means. Anyone here know ?
