I thought that the coalition were still debating what to do about people who do not pay tax on their IB because they received invalidity benefit prior to 1995 when IB began. Always assuming they are transferred to ESA.

Recently, i was reading something that gave a link which referred to this, and it said they planned to tax these people, i have been on so many sites since i am unable to find it now!

The question is has this been decided or is it still being considered?, i ask from the point of view of people who also have a pension or other income which may be benefit related or not.

I saw the link that said, they were still thinking about what to do ... not seen anything updating it as yet... guess they want to just keep us guessing about that too..not sure how that will effect me... but whether it effects me or not it is all Blooming ( polite word) wrong xxx
