Where do I send medical report to?

Hello,I sent in my ESA50 form a few weeks ago,I don't have the address I sent it to but going off the postcode I think it was Chester,I now have a report from my consultant which I would like to forward but am not sure who to send it to,I have had a letter from Atos in Bootle,the form went to Chester is it one of these and if so does anyone have the address please for Chester or do I send it to my local Jobcentre Office?

Hi Benzies,i would ring your local jocentre and explain that you wish to send further evidence in.At least you should get the details from them,hope this help its a long process this ESA but stick with it all the best,Sam
