i would suggest getting a letter of support from your doctors to support a home move on health grounds and you should find most doctors will do a letter for this.

once you have a letter then...

your ideal situation is the support group then there will be no hassle before you retire, if you get put in to wrag then at a wfi tell them your situation and you may find they will leave you be...
