While sitting trying to calcalute how much backpay i am owed i have a question i moved from incomesupport to esa had the medical failed appealed and won ..my question is does the 13 week rule apply...

I recalled them again today to be told nothing had been sorted and i would still need to send my sicklines in or my benefit would be stopped :mad:

They did say i was to give them a call next week i have a feeling that as wobble has said i got a crap adviser saying that i have yet to get anyone who knows their backside from their elbow :p

I rang Esa yesterday and they told me it was an extra £34 for The income group and £28 for the Work related group ..i was under the Impression i was in the Income group but they said on the phone...

Yes when i checked the sda was coming up as well i am glad it is not just me because i was feeling kinda daft lol

Hi Rae to maybe help things i was on Income support then moved to the basic rate of esa because i was told fit for work (june 12) i since appealed and won last week and have been moved to the income...

I still can't work it out i know it says £71 but then i don't know what the other add on should be

:oDoes anyone know what rate my Esa will be paid at (income related) i am single one child ...ihave tried to find out on line but get different rates ?

It doesn't actually say ..It says Appellant has limted capabilty for work and as a result her award of income support on the grounds of disabilty quailfys for conversionto an award of Esa from and...

Hi just want to let you all know that i won i got my 15 points 9 for mobilty 6 for standing and sitting ,it was very daunting and at one stage i got upset and went out but i would say to anyone go...

Just to let you know my appeal date is 30th January ..my 1st appointment for treatment is not untill 13th Febuary my gp is photoopying some of my notes for me and opys of my mri scans as i have a cab...

Yes i know but this has been ongoing for over a year i am just glad to now finally been told i need treatment and hopefully it will help ,i was in with jobs and benefits today and they gave me some...

I have at long last got an official diganois of Rheumatoid Arthritis i have been told to apply for dla as i would likey stand a better change of receiving it then wining my esa appeal ..i have looked...

Received my Appeal papers yesterday went to CAB and they said because i was put off on may if i lose appeal i could reapply again for esa the letter said they would be ringing me in the next two...

Just an update i am still waiting .
