    Limited capability for work questionaire

Filled one of them in and it had to be back by the 8th of November sent it back special delivery and it arrived on the 7th of November . The question is :

How long does it take them to get back to you once you have submitted the form ? . Does the fact that i get DLA care at mid rate and mobility at high rate make things take longer . I have also had numerous Incap medicals who all said roughly the same thing .

"He is severely disabled and his condition is worsening "

Would the above also make it take longer before i get to know what is happening and i must ask what could they do send me for more medicals ,decide i am fit for work or whatever ...

    Please advise

Your DLA award in itself shouldn't make any difference to the ESA processing time Stig. What can delay things perhaps is if your medical conditions make them need to look into more detail - maybe get other medical reports or information first.
What is important to remember is that DLA in itself doesn't help people to show that they are incapable of work. People can - and do - work while still being entitled to DLA.
What matters with ESA - as far as the assessors are concerned - is looking at whether there is any form of work which you could do, given your limitations.
So yes, depending on your conditions and the way in which they limit you, they could decide that you should be able to so some work, and put you in the Work Related Activity Group of ESA. How long that will take is anyones guess, but while you are waiting you will still get paid.
What is important is that once you have had the medical, and the decision is made, is to appeal IF you are put in the WRAG and think you should be in the Support Group of ESA. Meanwhile just try to go with the flow. The longer you are waiting the longer your present award is safe.
