Thought for the day telephone calls from DWP

Many people wont answer the telephone if they think its from the dwp (with many good reasons) how long before they say if you dont talk on the telephone your not engaging with the process ? they wont take blind or deaf as an excuse as there are modded telephones ............... if you really cant talk form health reasons they might except a stand in

I am not suppose to use the phone because of my inner ear condition. I am not sure they would accept that as they are so arrogant.

not sure they would without drs letter .....bet they would not allow it as there are text phones

Cannot use them fast enough because of my hands, & cannot see because of my eyes, lol. I just use the phone on speaker, & use as little as possible.

dont think they would buy slow speed no rush....... eyes ? are you registered partily sighted or blind if not would not buy that ..in fact even with a good excuse backed up they would complain

No I am not registered either. It is OK, I do not mind the phone really, if they speak up & understand my limits. They just expect you to have 3 hands, lol.
