what is mental infirmity to other users, i have take for my mental things halipireidol and daizapam is there anything for on the spot realf from extreme stress and panic feelings, also that never ending doom of black dog, i want to over dose on my meds for pain re-leaf to stop the mental torture i take fentaynol 50 mg with a load of other drugs but i need co codamal say about 10 per day to top me up,


is there any pain re-leaf out there for spikes, my doctor is away on holiday and some advice will help,


my parnter manages all my meds as i just want to take them all. in one go and get the day over with.

I'm sorry that things are so awful for you right now, you sound like you are really having a tough time of things. I don't know what diagnosis you have, sounds like depression but I see no antidepressants and then you seem to have anxiety for which you have diazepam (Valium) and I don't know why you take Haloperidol (Haldol) which is a major tranquilliser (or known as antipsychotics). There are newer (atypical) versions of antipsychotics that may not have the side effects of this one. They can numb down the senses which can feel like depression however you mention still feeling anxiety and not knowing how much of what you take really I can't advise you other than to see the GP asap or even call out of hours psychiatric services. There are over the counter things, like herbal remedies that can work well but you'd need to check with the pharmacist what is safe with the doses of the medications you are on.

You also mention physical pain for which you take pain relief and it sounds as if this is not doing the trick, or perhaps you can't get anything more right now. Ask about a chronic pain management course and look into relaxation exercises which can help de-stress and calm down mental and physical stress.
