IB renewal

I was due a IB renewal on the 18th Jan, but haven't heard anything.
Is this common?

Very much so, they are miles behind, my husbands review was due december 2009, they sent him the ib50 april 2010, medical next week! have heard others longer than this, some much shorter times so who really knows?.With respect ,try reading some of the other threads, there is loads of info. on here,

Its actually a review, not renewal as in payment continues until or unless a new decision is made. You may not be contacted durong the process. In other cases as Janet says, there is simply a delay. As long as your benefit is paid as usual you need do nothing until you are contacted

Yes I was getting confused (normal mode).
Just hope it's one without a medical.
