Blue badge assessment

Me again,

I applied for a Blue Badge and two weeks ago I had to go for an assessment.
On Saturday I received the Blue badge (It will make the few times I go out much easier).

The question I would like to know is can I ask for the full results of the assessment,
and send that to the DWP in reguard to my claim for DLA?

You can certainly ask but whether it will add any extra weight to your DLA claim is anyones guess. DLA is awarded for your Care and/or Mobility needs and not what causes those needs.

I just had my DLA renewal.
Last time (my first claim) it took 18 months took a medical (don't get me started in that) and an appeal to get LRC & LRM.
So filled out the form in Dec expecting another battle, but got awarded MRC & LRM.

I'm to blame as 100 meters on paper didn't seem far, but when I tried it when it had been measured out,
I really struggled and only managed about 75 with a few stops.

The blue badge assessment is functional as is the one for DLA, so it may help. It is up to the Decision Maker to decide what evidence to use to decide your claim
