if you get transfered without medical very good chance you could miss out on the support group that both pays more and means you wont get called in for interviews and of course some people being moved who just take it and dont get into support group will lose CB based ESA after 12 months nad be really worse off

Yeah but I feel that I am better of without medical because I know for the fact that ATOS would not notice my aspergers. However if I would not get into support group and can always appeal for it and I be confident that I can win the appeal due to my learning disability.

I am not sure how you would get in support group with a LD and many people with Aspergers work full time

the changes to support group make it hard even for dead people to get in
I currently work part time but can't do full time because I get stressed and severely tired easily.

The Work-Related Activity Group would be very annoying for me because I am already working part time under 16 hours...

In the start of the article it says DWP are 'blaming' ATOS which I think is more like the truth. It is the time the DWP are taking to process ATOS reports that's seems to be the issue not ATOS and in fairness it is the extra workload caused by the changes in the system.
I suppose you could argue that ATOS could have been better prepared but I imagine that their original contract with the DWP did not allow for the change in the legislation.
I was told yesterday that DLA are taking 12-18 months to process appeals, disgracefull.

I have seen a couple of 12 month plus DLA appeal times on a couple of forums, yet at the same ime I know of myself and at least 5 others who asked for a DLA review and all done in less than 10 days incl weekends all happy with result ? crazy system
