Do not call on a Monday or Friday, these are two of the busiest days.

Sorry for hijacking your thread Fizzy,

I received a letter this morning, my ESA Medical has been cancelled, mine was this Friday and they also say did not have another appointment to offer me at the moment. Is this normal lately? I so wanted to get my medical out of the way. (sighs) As I have been stressing out about it.

Yes, this seems to be the norm lately. They seem to be very short of staff because so many are being transferred over there are not enough people to handle it all.

Thanks Stephen. They should employ more staff then, If they are short of staff lol. I have been stressing out and worrying myself sick about the medical, now they've cancelled it. I do suffer from anxiety.

Fizzypink,I have gotten my local MLA involved in my DLA as my tribunal was put back till I got a home medical and the so called Dr had no idea about me Thank God my sister was taking notes.....He was able to walk up 5 stairs and down again Truth I with my stick got to second stair and she said Oh Mr ...... I see you are in pain go and sit down. This is only 1 point of over 9 pages that she did tell lies on.
When we seen the report my son rang my MLA and he even came to the house and now is working on my case and the GMC have been informed. So get your MLA to help...........

I know it is a worry Shy, but you cannot do anything about it, so why worry? Yes, easy to say I know, but you cannot even guess what could happen. So enjoy the time, lol.

More staff? That would mean more money, they do not want it to go to ordinary staff, just contracted companies who are useless.
