    Hi there!

    I can't get too technical with this and can only impart what I've been told with my personal experiences.

    As far as I'm aware, all you need to do is send these letters as you receive them to whoever is legally representing you, and the costs will be claimed back from the other side, so you need not worry. Confirm this with whoever is legally representing you however.
