Help needed - insurance might mean benefits lost

Hi i am new to all of this and dont even know how to write a thread. Can somebody help me, I have Parkinsons Disease I have had it for 3 years now (i am 40) I have cervical dystonia and cronic back problems, I have been getting employers support - but i got a telephone call from somebody from their offices last week wanting to know how much i got what other benefits i got etc, i do get a insurance from work which pays me some money and the lady took off on me stating you will probably loose all of you benefits, i am sending you a form out and want it filling in and returning so i can look into this, if you know about Parkinsons you dont get the person upset - I have been so ill eversince but am sure i informed them when i started getting it as the tax got in touch with me but they are stating they have no record of it. Can somebody help me please, i am going nuts will i loose all of the benefit as i have a lot of debts. many thanks for your time.

How much is the insurance payment and what type of insurance policy was it paid under.

Any weekly pension over £85 is taken into account. 50% of the pension over £85 a week is taken off contribution based ESA.

If you told ESA about the pension and they forgot to take it into account, then it's their fault not yours.

Thanks Duncan - i actually dont know what it is work give me its some sort of medical insurance policy - the ESA are now asking for information from 08?
