    Iib

    HI, is an award for Industrial Injuries benefit for life ,was awarded one many moons following a works injury that forced men into early retirement (57), but am now 65 and officialy an oap?

    Industrial Injury Benefit carries on after the age of 65. If the injury has got worse over the years, you can ask for a review of the original award to see if it can be increased.

    Reduced Earnings Allowance - if you get that - is replaced by a retirement allowance currently 15.03p a week..
