Looking for some assistance if possible, my Dad has been on Incapacity Benefit for a number of years and has received a letter advising that his benefit will be changing.
The letter also advises that they do not have a telephone number for him and that he needs to call within the next seven day - to "talk about how this change will effect him and answer any questions he may have"
My Dad is worried about what they will ask on the call - can any one offer any pointers
The letter then advises that after the call he well receive a questionnaire called limited capability for work to complete.
If anyone can offer any advice on what he needs to be aware of before calling it would be much appreciated
