Well we can only try, & see what happens. It is worth trying anyway because at least we know we have done that much.

Just a thought if we are visited by DWP doctor or whoever at home can we ask to photo copy the forms before they leave.That way we would have our own records as proof of what has been written down.
I for one think that i will have my DLA HRM & MRC either reduced or stopped altogether in 2013 because with my condition as many others theres no visible signs of what i suffer from.It is a worry and if i have it taken off me i would loose my car which basicly is my legs and it is the only income i have.My OH is on long term incapacity HRM & HRC so it would be a struggle but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
Tell them you wish to photo copy them before you sign them.
If they do not allow you to photo copy them do not sign it!

hi i need some help i had a medical for esa 3 weeks ago i currently claim dla and income support i recieved a letter today saying that i am not entitled to esa and i was awarded no points now does that mean i lose my income support and disability living allowance too because it says i should claim jsa but doesnt mention my other benefits can someone please help me i am worrying that i will lose all my benefits and i need to know if i should appeal because if i can keep my other benefits i might not appeal incase i lose appeal and lose my other benefits then too
