Don't quote me on this, but it looks like everyone who qualifies for the £2,000 transitional support will get to keep the car for 6 months if they appeal.
I'd now be very peed off if I had already had to hand my car back.
PS. Just to declare I don't have a motability car, but what has been happening is wrong in so many ways.
(Of course those dealers who have got cheap ex-motability cars at auction and sold them on for a big profit have been rubbing their hands in glee).
I'm intelligent enough to know that I don't know everything.
But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.
Doh, there goes my chance of getting a cheap deal on a newer car.
All joking aside, it's about time. The stress, pain and inconvenience that these inconsiderate (add expletive here) have caused is just unforgivable.
