may ask any person or organisation to give them or us any
information, including medical information, which we need to deal with.

am i wrong or right in thinking that this is the hidden part giving consent for the dwp to allow atos to conduct their medicals.

perhaps if it was worded 'i give consent for you to contact my g.p and atos origin' how many of us would really then give that consent.

any way good to see a debate on this,

gone and got protein in my urine which is possibly a kidney infection so not so good at the moment,
