    Well that’s a relief, thanks.

    Shame I can’t do anything to extend the 18 months, but we’ll take the respite whilst awaiting Pip migration letter probably to come next week (she’s already struggling, so of course it will come then!)

    the trouble is they keep changing there rules and it must be confusing if your in a system that never stays still.
    now with UC its even worse because they seem to have YEARS of evolution of UC ahead to keep retraining and updating rules and the staff have to study all these changes
