    No More Mobility Roadshows........

I received an e-mail from them today.

The organisers (Mobility Choice) are blaming other events where exhibitors don't have to pay to exhibit.

    More on their website: http://www.mobilityroadshow.co.uk/index.php

A shame as in the past there was always an interesting choice of vehicles to test and a whole range of exhibitors.

It more or less means that there is only the Motability sponsored 'One Big Days' left now.

Times change. The onus must be on the stall holder to pay to exhibit as they are the people who gain from exhibiting.

Scooter hire should also be free at any event that's aimed at disabled people.

Throw out antiquated practices and let the fresh forward thinking exhibitors thrive - they know their customers.

This is sad news and reflective of changing times and the decreasing influence and procurement power of motability.

Suspect theres competition from Naidex and other shows. Got to remember exhibitors have to pay to have a stall and the lesser known ones will be pushed to afford it.
