You're right, Yourable used to be the website/forum to come to, but the number of members deminished when the site closed in late 2009. By the time it was reopened in November 2010 most members had moved to the B&W forum. A wealth of information was lost too.
I'm a member of B&W but I really don't use it that much, not as much as I visit here anyway. I think it's ok for them to charge a small fee for their publications but the forum should be free.

are you sure ? the odds are 50/50 ish has anyone the stats for how much better people do with someone like CAB to support them
Some support is better than no support (IMHO).
I am just grateful that the C.A.B are willing to support and represent me.
