You're right, Yourable used to be the website/forum to come to, but the number of members deminished when the site closed in late 2009. By the time it was reopened in November 2010 most members had moved to the B&W forum. A wealth of information was lost too.

I'm a member of B&W but I really don't use it that much, not as much as I visit here anyway. I think it's ok for them to charge a small fee for their publications but the forum should be free.
    Motability Car History
    05/2009-05/2012; Nissan Qashqai 1.5 Diesel Tekna; 36,500 miles; avg 41.1mpg (34.2 - 56.5mpg)
    06/2012-Present; Ford C-Max 2.0 Diesel Titanium Powershift; 24,000 miles; avg 38.1mpg (33.6 - 56.7mpg)

    Back to the original post.
I had a phone call this afternoon from C.A.B and an appointment next Tuesday.
Will report back then. I just hope they are willing to represent me.

Great news the C.A.B are willing to represent me and say they feel I have a good case.
Now for the long wait for the tribunal hearing.

Of course they would. You are on the homes straight now. Your chances of winning have increased.

Some support is better than no support (IMHO).
I am just grateful that the C.A.B are willing to support and represent me.
