    Bedroom tax.

due to a problem with my ex partner and the withdrawal of my child benefit am i in trouble now?
i get pip lower rate for both and am claiming jsa while waiting for a mandatory consideration but am hoping to be back on csa soon when and if it goes to a tribunal.
will i still have to pay the room tax?

    thanks in advance all.

If the bedroom isn't being used you may well have to pay the bedroom tax
