They recieved my form at the end of March and I have never heard a word from anyone.

You can always call & ask what is happening. This can make sure they are looking at your claim & might give you an idea of when. This all depends on the person you speak to. Some will tell you nothing, some will check your file & try to offer an opinion, some will just fob you off.
