hi i have been on incapacity for the past three years, i had a medical on april 5 i then had a phone call on wed 23 may from the bennefit office saying someone from the job centre will ring me in a week about my medical, when i asked why they said they were undecided about my medical, this is the first contact with me in over a month and half of my medical what does this mean.
most peoples medicals are black and white you pass or fail if you fail no esa .......... but in your case its not clear as to what they think so they might write to your GP or someoneOriginally Posted by celtic07
else involved in your treatment for further information to help them make a decsion ........ the postion your in is good many people just fail then they go to other drs to support the case at appeal
thanks davewhit just thought it strange they didnt send me a letter like last time,and the amount of time it has taken for them to get back to me
