Changing motability car early?

Hi

I have had my motability car for close to 2 years now, over this time my condition had got worse and i am finding it difficult to get in and out of the car due to pain when bending, I was wondering if they would let me change my car to something that is higher off the ground to reduce the need of having to bend down so much to get in and out? i know the best thing to do is ring but i would just like to see if anybody else has done this in the past as im very nervous about asking them.

You are able to terminate early if your condition changes, Motabilty are pretty good at doing this. You may have to pay a termination fee but that is up to Motability's discretion. I would phone them up and ask them.

I had to change a car for medical reasons after 1 year. Phone Motability they're really helpful, didn't charge me anything.
