If Lyrica and Gabapentin do help you could try something called Lacosamide as well. I've got nerve problems as well and take Gabapentin, Amytriptaline and Lacosamide and although its far from perfect its better than nothing. Also make sure you keep as warm as possible as the cold can make the pain a lot worse (it does for me).
