Hi, my name is Alexandra and I am a Textile Design undergraduate student, currently working on my final year dissertation, where I focus on the limited availability of suitable clothing experienced by some disabled people.
As part of my work, I will include case studies where I work with individuals with experience of this issue, together designing a garment that suits the person’s requirements and preferences (or make alterations to existing garments, if preferred). (Of course, these garments will be given to participants free of charge!)

As I am based in West Sussex, and my university is in London, it would probably be most convenient if participants live in the Greater London/Sussex area, but I would not rule out working with people in other parts of the country – I am willing to travel, and of course there is email and Royal Mail!
