Before seeing the video, did anyone else think that the DWP not sending a representative was an admission of their guilt in not awarding you the benefit in the first place?

they cant and dont send people to all tribunals they dont have the staff to do that.... also why send staff as just like the person at the tribunal the DWP have 28 days to appeal to the upper house... its easier to have someone sitting in an office reading the results and just cherry pick the ones to appeal to the upper house
