Went to vauxhall today to speak to advisor on Astra gtc , the problem was that the depth of the boot might be to much for the wife to keep bending down and picking up the scooter (even though it comes apart) so was recommended the Astra Sri tourer as the boot was lower and it could be rolled in and out or just taken apart and put in.
I had my heart set on the gtc but at this time it's not an option

In that case I wouldn't compromise with Vauxhall - go look at your other options before making any decisions.

Hi Paul yep iam going to look at ford , then ask for test drive as I couldn't have one today , so will keep you all posted
