Hiya guys hope all are as well as expected under somewhat difficult time.
Was discharged from Hospital last Wednesday 08/08/12 and before i was allowed home the OT said i needed a care package put into place. My Wife cares for me but they feel she needs extra help? Being about an hour+ daily. Today received call from Social Services to ask questions and are going to access my needs again and appoint me a care worker.
Can anyone tell me if i will need to have a DLA Review/COC etc?
Its the wrong time for this happen due to changes filtering through as i get both Care/Mobilty higher rate on indefinate and frightened i lose both? Did have a WAV on hold but that was cancelled when i was in hospital.
