D.L.A fobbed me off again :(

HI,

Well i put in my change of circumstances on the advice of my Tribunal Judge
After 11 weeks they ignored my coc,
So when they said they had to look at it again... 2 weeks later they have said
" my tribunal decision stands lrm lrc "

Considering the desicion was made on my dla original form which was june 2011,
And my coc was dated 12th may 2012 and my mental and physical state have both
changed dramatically i feel they didn't even read my new form.

So i'm getting legal help for this 3rd fob off.

Drives me mad i can understand why people just settle.

what they are saying is you have failed to show your needs are greater now your sicker

you need if you still have a copy of dla form is go through it question by question and go into great detail

and say for each question

I need more help with X because the help I need is X XXXXX

keep a diary


If you have done what I have posted then I would agree you need expert help to sort this matter out

I have phoned them requesting a copy of my coc so i can do what you said about the times.
