hi there im posting this on behalf my parents ,currently my dad gets car throu mobilty ,its looking likely that he needs go in a care home due to his health ,im trying find out if my dad still be able claim for the car etc if hes in home ,it would really help my mum to get him out on day trips etc ,my mum is the driver ,thank u

there was plans to stop dla mobility on people in care homes I think it was stopped ............. I think they still stop the care part

DLA mobility can still be paid if your father goes into a care home.
