very good article on PIP's on this site, it's a disability site.

    http://www.dwp.gov.uk/newsroom/press...0-061210.shtml

This will tell you how great it is, well it would.

Announcing the benefits changes, Prime Minister David Cameron told a news conference: “The benefits system has created a benefits culture.” He outlined how he believes it is wrong that some people “go sick when they could work”.

So will PIP's be paid to people in work, I have a feeling it will not, so ending any help to people in work....

Lots of sites and words and thoughts about DLA and PIP's but nothing really to tell us about how it will work, we already know, and you say 20% will lose out but I've a feeling it will more like the new WCA will the government saying look 60% are failing see how seriously bad it was.

So far they say it will, but you know government....I know a lot of severely disabled people in work, working for the local council or NHS who without DLA would be unable to work without that extra money.

Well it's not means tested yet, labour under Brown wanted it means tested well most disabled people are rich anyway after all we have been milking the IB for years.

The goverment have set out in the budget that they want to get 20% of people off DLA which is more than the njumber of people on lower rate care only ... I think it works out at all on lower care and a third on lower mobility too

If they cut it by 60% I dont think all the people on higher higher would still get DLA
