Not so long ago a Judge in a case very much like this found a lady guilty of failing to tell the DWP of changes in her circumstances, the judge stated I think it would be imposible for a really disabled person to drive, and since this person has been on holiday then I find it impossible to believe they are disabled.
I was seen by the ATOS doctor when applying for DLA at Stoke Mandervile they found that Paraplegia was sufficient for me to have DLA, I now drive a mobility car with hand controls, would I be classed as being a cheat because i drive, secret I also went on a short stay holiday five years ago.
We have to be careful when we look at others and perhaps say their by the grace of god goes I.....
