well not a single mention on the news perhaps they should have broken a few windows, or attacked a bank, stay away from the police though, they have hard time seeing anything.

Not sure I get your argument here, you can apply to go onto the tribunal appeals panel as a lay person, you of course do not get paid.
Not so long ago a Judge in a case very much like this found a lady guilty of failing to tell the DWP of changes in her circumstances, the judge stated I think it would be imposible for a really disabled person to drive, and since this person has been on holiday then I find it impossible to believe they are disabled.
I was seen by the ATOS doctor when applying for DLA at Stoke Mandervile they found that Paraplegia was sufficient for me to have DLA, I now drive a mobility car with hand controls, would I be classed as being a cheat because i drive, secret I also went on a short stay holiday five years ago.
We have to be careful when we look at others and perhaps say their by the grace of god goes I.....
I understand were your coming from treborc but if i was working for dwp or atos etc i wouldnt class you as a cheat as surely people are entitled to a holiday every now and again they cant expect you to look at 4 walls year in year out.
i think to be classed as a cheat really is maybe say you cant walk etc and you are caught running or you claim u have a bad back but your working as abricklayer. or in the extreme cases you claim disability but your going sky diving and skiing living the life of riley which would mean you could work lol.
the illness i got means theres only 16 people in the world that have it the last person died in 2008 its kind of fatal the oldest person was 32 before he died im 30 now so it does scare me but even with all this and all the health problems i have i just know im gonna fail the esa so in essence im being called a benefit cheat ?
Every claimant needs to understand that even recreational activities, such as hobbies and holidays, can be used as evidence against you if it contradicts your stated disabilities or the assessment of them by ATOS Same goes for voluntary work and permitted work
an active and in any way normal life, the DWP will use against you to fast track you to the dole

The following can count against mental health ESA customers (a) arranging a medical date by phone with ATOS appointment line (b) writing your own application form for esa especially if tidy and coherent, and if they have wind of your ability to use a PC and you add extra pages with our form, the doctor or nurse at the medical WILL notice and might well use it against you (c) turning up at the medical alone (d) turning up clean and tidy
You'e to ask yourself, if I were employed as a doctor to 'support the DWP agenda' as regards welfare reform, what features of myself might they focus on. For example, using a PC, driving a car, using a telephone, taking the responsibility of pets, and on it goes
The new regime of ESA willk closely focus on each and every thing that you disclose about yourself, and try and manipulate it against tyou
I forgot to add, using public transport, bad news for ESA mental health customers, it is used to show you have good social functioning
and then of course if you drive (because you cant cope with public transport) that is used to show you have good alertness and awareness, manages well independently. You are damned by their cynical extrapolations one way or another
