    Unable to copy benefit details

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.

I need to renew my CEA card (cinema card) and they need a copy of my benefit allowance letter, my hubby has tried to copy it but it won't copy and just comes out with black blotches.

Any ideas how I can send proof to the CEA cinema card people without sending the original

Do you think that DWP will send me another one ?

Hi AP it sounds like the photo copier is set to solid black and white. If you're copyng any photos you need to program the photocopier or better still ask the assistant.

I used my CEA Card last week to see a thriller called 'Hannah' so I shared the cost - £3 each to get in.

My card is out of date - it expired in 2009 but they don't question me or refuse me entry. I wouldn't bother renewing it unless you've grown another head. lol
