    DLA 80 Form received

I have been on DLA since 2005 and have just received a letter saying my DLA is being reviewed and have to fill a form DLA 80 I was wondering has anyone else been sent one of these and what happens after I have filled it in as my condition has not got any better in fact I have more problems now than when I applied in the first place.I am getting high rate mobility and low rate care at the moment.Any advice will be gratefully accepted.

I suggest you get the help of a Welfare Rights Adviser to fill it in.
