Your question is? How to take care of your child with autism?

First of all, as a parent with an autistic child, you should learn all you can to better understand what your child is going through. You need all the support system you can get because it is not an easy thing to do. You need to be strong for yourself and for your child.

I know a parent with an autistic child, who is now an adult. He is a great lad, & she has done a great job with him & for him. He is my friend in his own right. It always depends what sort autism it is too. If you do post more everyone will advise as best they can.

I think everyone should treat autistic child with extra care. Don't ever be rude to them. I read this article on internet.

Of course. Autistic people are people. They have a condition they cannot help. They often have issues in dealing with & interacting with people, & people cannot understand that. Not sure why so-called intelligent adults cannot handle it.

[B] I have looked after autistic children for many years.
Tight secure bounderies ( to help them to cope with life)
Always try and let the child know what is happening, (give a breakdown of what is happening in order of each day)

Avoid loud noises when possible (some autistic children have acute hearing and this could set them off squealing).
    Encourage interaction with others.

As someone said more details would be helpful so suggestions could be offered.
It all depends how far on the Autistic spectrum the child is and if the child has learning difficulties as well.

The son of my friend, I will call him J, hates noise. He talks so quietly too. He needs to know what is happening or he gets confused. Change his day, such as his brother taking him to the supermarket, he cannot understand why he has to go, why he cannot stay at home (This is when his mother is at work, so of course he cannot stay at home alone).
