You can always print off your last online statement and take that.

Anything official and dated within the last 3 months will do, I am in the same situation and have used DWP letters, Phone bills, Credit card statements and of course printed bank account statements in the past.

I do not have a Bank Account at all, so when I ordered my new car I took down my Council Tax Bill, Pension Credit Award Letter and my DLA Award Letter. No Problems at all.

No bank account? How do you get paid any salary/benefits?

Post Office Card Account most probably

Just realised when I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago I didn't take anything like that with me, he copied my driving license and I emailed him a copy of my DLA award when I got home but nothing else was asked for.

To be fair they should just accepy the paper part of your driving licence, as it's an offence not to keep the address details upto date.

Why do you ask? Do you not believe me when I state that I have No Bank Account?

I repeat just for you "I have NO Bank Account" I have Not had a Bank Account for 15 Years and I have no need of one.

As to how I get my Pension Paid, well this is my Business and Not yours. I will add however that the way I receive it is Legal and approved by the Government. I hope that puts your mind at rest.

I'm very sorry, I didn't mean to cause offence, I was purely asking how you managed in this modern world of electonic money transfers? That's all.
