Transfers into a four wheel drive

Has anyone found anything that will help someone transfer into a four wheel drive - the seat is quite high up and it is hard to get up into it.

If your car is a motability car that you can no longer transfer into I think I am right in saying that if you contact them and inform them that your condition has changed then they can change the car for you. Other than that I can't help I'm afraid.

If it's not motability have you thought about buying a new car that you can transfer into easier ?
