Hello, just found your site whilst surfing arround. My name is John, I am the Team Leader for the Employment and Disability Service (EADS). We deliver the Work Choice programme accross Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. We have been delivering Welfare-to-Work programmes for disabled people for over 25years in this area and as such we know that even people with the most profound disability can and do gain paid employment even in these most difficult of times.

Without having to Google EADS, is this a National thing or just local to you?

I'm lucky enough to be in emplyment and have been since graduating University in 2007.

What type of support do you give people?

I'm also a Disability Champion (Voluntary), but my role is more related to those of us already in employment who may be having difficulties with employers and services.
