I received a letter on 4-10-2011 stating that I have been placed in the support group as from the 8-7-2011.I have also been told that i will get an arrears and my benefits will be calculated accordingly.Up to now that 4 weeks now I have not received the arrears and my benefits is still the same.does anyone knows how long it takes.Thanks a lot
there are many people being moved and things take time, with the number being moved that time will get longer and longer why not give them a call ? go for the option to speak with IB not esa if there are options when calling good luck
