Update from DLF re Christmas and New Year

    Christmas opening
DLF will keep the Youreable benefits forum open over the Christmas period so that existing users can still access the forum and offer advice and support to each other.

DLF’s offices will be closed from 24th December until 4th January. The forum will also be closed to new registrations during this period. DLF staff will deal with any reported posts on our return to the office in January, although we are confident that all users will enter into the spirit of Christmas and not use this opportunity to break our forum policy If there are significant problems while DLF is closed, we will have to consider closing the forums over the Christmas period in future years

New forums in the New Year
DLF is pleased to announce that in the New Year we intend to re-open a number of other Youreable forums. Please look for further announcements when we return in January.

    Season’s Greetings
Finally, may we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! If you would like to post your own Season’s Greetings to other members, please feel free reply to this message!

Happy Christmas and New Year to all YA members and DLF staff. Brilliant news that more YA forums will be reopening in the new year and may YA continue to go from strength to strength.

Please its back although slimmed down, but important info being shared and support given. Why are so many of given junior status when clearly we are not junior in age. It is misleading or error?
All the best for the new year.

    Hi alicewonderland

I think Junior Member probably relates to the number of posts the member has made and that as this increases over time the status will change to reflect that.

Happy New Year to you and all
